Gigi can see both the large and small picture in real estate. She has vision and enables her customers to see how a house can become a home. Furthermore, she has a fine-honed ability to pay attention to detail, so nothing falls through the cracks on the way from listing to closing. Gigi is actively involved in the sale and rental of properties in Brownstone Brooklyn.
Over the past 35 years, Gigi has been involved in all aspects of real estate - development of large Manhattan multi-family properties, renovation of historic structues, new construction of high rises, management of both small and large residential buildings and coops, and the sale of numerous coops, condos, and townhouses.
Gigi is a graduate of the Brooklyn campus of Long Island University with a major in political science and a minor in urban studies. She has lived in Brownstone Brooklyn since 1972, when she rented her first apartment in Boerum Hill and purchased her first home in Clinton Hill in 1974. She currently lives on Sackett Street in Carroll Gardens with her husband, Howard, who she met while serving on Community Board 2 in the late 1970s. She is also responsible for the establishment of the Pratt Area Community Council Housing Office. Currently, Gigi is active with the Carroll Gardens Neighborhood Association.
