Joann's fondest memories of her childhood in Carroll Gardens come from the many days she spent playing outside in the summertime. From a young age, Joann saw Brooklyn as a special place because of its melting-pot atmosphere and is proud of how Brooklyn has maintained a collective, community atmosphere into the present.
Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Joann worked in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager for one of New York City's largest hotels. She sees the time spent in the hospitality industry as vital to the development of her attentive and responsive business style. Joann believes that by actively listening to her clients' needs, she can provide them with the knowledgeable guidance they seek. By working diligently on behalf of her clients, Joann builds relationships rooted in trust that yield peace-of-mind and comfort-in-reliability.
Joann still loves summer in New York City and considers relaxing with a good book on the beach to be the perfect reprieve from the hustle-and-bustle of the workweek. On a winter's day, she can be found walking the hallways and galleries of the many museums in the Brooklyn-Manhattan area, or watching a film in the evening.
